Fremby Passed Oslo Municipality`s Security Test
Oslo Municipality’s security team (CSIRT) has tested Fremby with excellent results. The assessment confirms that our solution provides strong access control and robust mechanisms to protect sensitive information. Behind the architecture is our CTO, Laszlo Hordos – the founder behind the first lines of code in ForgeRock (now part of Ping Identity). With his expertise, we’ve built Fremby on a foundation of security, trust, and resilience from day one.

Oslo Municipality’s Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) conducted a comprehensive security assessment of the Fremby web application to evaluate how well the solution protects sensitive information.
The test involved both manual and automated methods to identify potential vulnerabilities.
The results were highly positive, confirming that Fremby has strong access control and input validation, which help safeguard against serious attacks.
Behind the security architecture stands our CTO, Laszlo Hordos, who not only leads development but also actively contributes to the codebase. Laszlo was the architect behind the first lines of code in ForgeRock — a Norwegian startup founded in 2010 that grew into a global leader in identity and access management and is now part of Ping Identity. Today, he is the architect behind Fremby’s backend. With his experience, we have built Fremby on a foundation of security and resilience from day one.
For us, this is about more than just technical security — it’s about trust. We aim to deliver a solution that not only meets industry standards but also upholds the highest levels of privacy and data protection.
Fremby is designed to be a secure, reliable, and future-ready platform for the entire construction sector.
